Justin creates the Helping Hand to assist busy wizards from the wizard world. Jerry bestows Alex & Max with numerous chores, but when Alex uses the Helping Hand to do her chores for her, the Helping Hand becomes powerless and fatigue, and when a review wizard from the magic world visits to review the creation, everything goes messed up.
